Returns and Refunds Policy

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase through the MAT site. It explains when refunds are and are not available.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for digital items once they have been purchased, accessed or delivered.

This includes downloadable materials, memberships, online course access and all other digital content supplied electronically.

Lessons, Bootcamps and Live Training

All lessons, bootcamps and live training sessions must be paid for in advance to confirm your booking.

A refund may be given only where cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date or time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date or time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

In some cases, and only where possible, we may offer an alternative date or transfer your booking to a later session. This is not guaranteed and remains entirely at our discretion.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
